Terms and conditions

Between La Clé des Champs (EURL LORMAN) and the Contractor, the following has been decided and agreed:

La Clé des Champs (EURL LORMAN) makes available to the Host, within the framework of these general conditions of sale, a non-smoking room, fully furnished and equipped,

for exclusive use as temporary housing, without domiciliation authorization. The facilities and equipment are in working order and in a perfect state of cleanliness.
The Contractor designates the Host (the resident) and the Company in the case where it is a signatory of the contract.

► ARRIVAL AND PAYMENT
Arrival is possible from 15:00 p.m. and departure must be before 11:00 a.m. Taking possession of the room constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the clauses of this contract.
All stays are payable in advance. When the rental period exceeds one week, payment is made in weekly installments.
Any late payment of the rent may result in the immediate termination of the contract, and the payment of the sums due under this contract.
In the event of a delay in the arrival of the Host, the rental is due from the day of arrival stipulated in the contract, from 14 p.m.

► PRICE 
Indicated in euros, taxes and charges included, except tourist tax and optional services.
They include the provision of a furnished room, the supply and change of linen

► LEGAL REGIME
This contract is concluded within the framework of one of the exclusions provided for in article two of law No. 89-462 of July 6, 1989 (furnished rental), it is not subject to the provisions of this law,

nor those provided for by law No. 48-1360 of September 1, 1948.
There is no implied right to renew the contract. Any request by the Host to extend the stay, if accepted by The Key to the Fields (EURL LORMAN), will have to be the subject of a new contract, without prior guarantee of maintaining the price and in the same room.

► BOOKING
The reservation becomes final upon communication of a bank guarantee* from the customer.    

Individual customer : No later than 14 p.m. on the day of arrival.  

Group: Deposit, 30% upon reservation, second payment 50% Deposit (of the total amount) one month before arrival, the Balance 15 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Long stay : Deposit of 30%, balance on arrival.

► CANCELLATION

Individual and Short stay : Free of charge until 14 p.m. on the day of arrival.

In high season : (Skiing, local events) 16 days before arrival date.                                          

Group : free of charge up to 16 days before the arrival date. 

Between 15 and 8 days before the arrival date: 30% of the total amount of the stay.                                                       

7 days before the arrival date, 100% of the amount of the stay is due.

► MODIFICATION OF STAY
La Clé des Champs (EURL LORMAN) has chosen to avoid overbooking, in order to guarantee our Guests their reservation on the day and in the type of room planned.
In the same spirit, we expect our Guests to notify us as far in advance as possible of changes to their stay. Any modification of your stay must be made in writing, or by email, the date of receipt serving as the date of notification.
We accept changes to your stay free of charge when it comes to an extension of your stay, within the limits of the physical availability of our inventory.

In the case of early departure, we accept changes to your stay free of charge when notification reaches us 24 hours in advance before the actual departure date.
Otherwise, charges will be calculated based on the planned stay.

► HOST OBLIGATIONS
La Clé des Champs (EURL LORMAN) provides each Guest with a room in perfect working and clean condition. The Host must behave in this room in such a way as to return it to the condition in which he found it upon arrival. Otherwise, cleaning will be billed based on the time spent repairing it. 

Any complaint regarding the condition of the room must be reported to the hotel reception upon taking possession of the premises, otherwise no complaint will be entertained.

La Clé des Champs will be entitled to claim from the customer the total value of damaged or missing items. La Clé des Champs reserves the right to terminate the rental in the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations.

La Clé des Champs (EURL LORMAN) will be entitled to claim from the Host the total value of the replacement price of broken, cracked, chipped or damaged objects, furniture or equipment, the price of cleaning bedspreads, cushions, as well as compensation for damage concerning curtains, paints, plaster, wallpaper, ceilings, parquet floors, windows, bedding, armchairs etc.
Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental will be the responsibility of the Host.
In the event of non-performance by the Host of any of the obligations of this contract or behavior contrary to what is specified, La Clé des Champs (EURL LORMAN) may terminate the rental contract as of right, without formality and without notice.

► VISITATION RIGHT
La Clé des Champs (EURL LORMAN) reserves the right to enter the rooms for reasons of maintenance, security or to carry out a visit.

► CAUTION
A credit card number* is provided by the Host. Costs incurred by damage to the rented room or the furniture or equipment entrusted to you, as well as any cleaning costs and any other services due will be deducted from the card.

► INSURANCE
As a room renter, La Clé des Champs (EURL LORMAN) does not ensure the safekeeping of property belonging to guests, whether in rooms, car parks or common areas. Insurance taken out by La Clé des Champs (EURL LORMAN) exclusively covers rental risks.

* La Clé des Champs (EUR LORMAN) accepts Carte Bleue, VISA, Eurocard, MasterCard, and Amex networks.
